A beautiful an impressive large gold coin, and one of the only pre-decimal Commonwealth coins to feature Arnold Machin’s representation of Queen Elizabeth II. Minted to the same weight and fineness as the British five pound, and struck in South Africa. Mintage 3,000 pieces.
