1956 Proof Threepence

Pre-decimal proof Fijian coins are underrated and undervalued, with good potential for price rises if collectors decided to focus on the series. The 1956 VIP proof threepence photographed above is only the second piece I’ve handled in the last fourteen years. It is also the second finest graded example assessed by PCGS (4/21). A very scarce and underrated coin in this grade.
