1942 Melbourne Threepence

The 1942 Melbourne threepence is the key date of the George VI threepence series, and one of the hardest George VI coins overall. In fact, this is the first time I’ve had a Mint State example in stock since October 2011, and although its grade is only PCGS MS62, the example here, photographed above, is still one of the best I’ve seen on the market for some time. Very scarce this nice.
