1937 Proof Five Pound

An outstanding coin with great eye appeal and imposing presence. Gold five pound proof coins have risen strongly in price the last ten years, but especially so in 2020, and with limited mintages and dwindling supplies of top quality examples, this trend could very well continue. The coin photographed above is one of the nicest examples I’ve handled in recent years.
