1883 Melbourne Shield Reverse Sovereign

One of the harder shield sovereigns to obtain in Mint State, so much so that it is widely collected in even circulated grades. The present example, photographed above, is in original mint condition, with aged haze subduing otherwise fresh cartwheel lustre. An outstanding example.
