McD 179. Legend type 1, which is the scarce type for this year. Lot 136 in the Quartermaster Auction was this same type, and would have graded AU58 by PCGS. That coin sold for $2,954 including buyers premium. This particular piece has great eye appeal, with lustre and lots of detail on both reverse and obverse. Very scarce this nice, with a high catalogue value of $3,600 in aUNC.
