1983 Twenty Cent

According to Greg McDonald, a large bulk of the 55-odd million 1983 twenty cent pieces minted were officially melted down and exported as copper-nickel bars. Only a small number were subsequently or previously released into circulation. Equal-second finest graded by PCGS (12/14).
